1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdck platform and all its associated services. By using our services through the bdck website, mobile version, or any other channel, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using bdck's services. Our services are available only to those aged 21 and above.

bdck reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. If you continue to use the services after a change, it will be assumed that you have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bdck, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a real person and open the account in your own name.
• Each person may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, both accounts may be cancelled.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. bdck is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to make deposits on bdck: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Some important terms regarding deposits:

• Deposits must be made from the user's own account. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Credit cards, debit cards, or cryptocurrency are not accepted on bdck.
• bdck does not accept funds from any illegal source.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for a withdrawal request is 10–45 minutes. The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• For bonus-related withdrawals, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 4 for details).
• bdck reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdck offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on deposit + bonus. The current wagering requirement is 10x. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus can be claimed only once per user.
• bdck reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse (e.g. using multiple accounts or fraud), the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• The bonus applies only to the account of the user who has legitimately made the first deposit.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Terms

The following rules must be followed when enjoying sports betting and casino games on bdck:

• Sufficient balance must be available when placing a bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bdck reserves the right to void any abnormal results caused by technical errors.
• In the event of a dispute over the result of any game or event, bdck's decision will be considered final.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Please check the specific rules for each event before placing a bet. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the deposit will be refunded.

5.3 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdck platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Intentionally exploiting errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts.
• Communicating with the support team using abusive, threatening, or obscene language.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by bdck

In the following circumstances, bdck may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Participation in prohibited activities (see Section 7).

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat. It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before closing the account.

9 Responsible Gaming
